Our Story

Enthusiastic Foodies is an Understatement

Cellos FarmHouse Italian was formed when two people very much involved in the food industry found one another and decided to follow their passions together. Creating a restaurant like no other in the area, Cellos FarmHouse Italian opened its doors in April 2018.

Creating Connections is Our Passion

Owners Craig and Vicki Baer brought together two industry backgrounds from different paths. Craig, a culinary graduate who worked with three of the top 10 Fortune 500 restaurants in Chicago and owned his own restaurant in Florida, found himself looking for a place that people felt as connected to as their home. On the other hand, Vicki came from a past that offered exactly that vibe. As a local NH resident, Vicki’s parents owned a Greek diner in the heart of Raymond, NH during the 1950s – born and raised, that home away from home is precisely what generations of industry and community involvement brought to the table.

Cellos FarmHouse Italian is a family-owned restaurant that is all about connections. Connections to the food made and the experience it brings to guests, connections to flavors, connections to the local community and inspired conversations. Here, our goal is to have people feel like they just got up from their dinner table at home. But, of course, we’ll handle the cleanup!

Good food is more than what you taste – it is an experience. Visit Cellos FarmHouse Italian and experience the unique philosophy and welcoming vibe for yourself! We look forward to sharing our authentic Sicilian cooking with you!
